Production Manager position in Des Moines, Iowa. Will be responsible for directing and coordinating activities of warehouse and manufacturing personnel. Will ensure that production is carried out by the company’s business plans and quality policy.
The pay range is $60,000-$80,000 based on experience/interview.
Below are additional requirements:
-5 years of successful experience as a supervisor in manufacturing facility
-2+ years’ experience in garment/textile manufacturing or equivalent
-Competency in problem solving
-Solid team building / conflict resolution skills
-Ability to work without direct supervision
-HS Diploma / GED required
-Pre-employment E-Verify, drug screen, and background check
