Job Responsibilities:

Visit customer homes to gather project details and assist with estimates.

Visit customer homes for project oversight, inspections, ongoing projects to document progress and support reviews.

Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions.

Coordinate with the team to ensure project needs and customer expectations are met.

Qualifications:

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Ankeny Deck Specialist is seeking a reliable Business Assistant/Coordinator to join our team! This role involves customer communication, scheduling, project coordination, and administrative tasks. If you're organized, customer-focused, and ready to help manage deck projects, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

Answer calls and emails, schedule appointments and meetings

Coordinate with customers and suppliers

Monitor project schedules and assist with estimates

Provide admin support, including invoicing and data entry

Visit customer homes for estimate, project oversight and progress documentation

Assist with social media updates

Qualifications:

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Experience in office admin or customer service

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation:

$18 per hour + mileage
