HR Administrator - Safety

Katecho, Inc., a fast-paced and dynamic medical device manufacturer in Des Moines, IA, has an immediate opening to join the HR team. Duties would include responsible for all workers’ compensation duties, in addition to generalist duties, such as general employee inquiries, interviewing, investigations, unemployment claims and back-up to timekeeping responsibilities. The ideal candidate would have experience with safety. Requirements for the positions include 1-2+ yrs experience as HR generalist or administration, above average attendance, flexibility in priorities, ability to read and speak English.
