Seeking reliable, experienced, line/prep cooks for fast-casual restaurant. The right candidate will move to lead line cook position.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Prepares ingredients beforehand to ease the flow of food preparation during business hours
Cleans food preparation areas
Multitask use of fryers, charbroil, flat top & wok station
Prepares sauces and seasonings
Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations
Routinely checks inventory levels and orders new stocks when needed
Manages workflow to determine the prioritization of orders
Works with team to ensure flow of business and business needs are met
