Within the Compliance division, we create solutions that enable organizations to ensure adherence with ever-changing regulatory obligations, manage risk, increase efficiency, and produce better business outcomes.As the Senior Project and Program Manager, you will be managing numerous concurrent projects to help the CT business unit and functional areas to achieve their strategic objectives. Basic functions include planning and managing projects required to achieve the organization's strategic goals and objectives within scope, schedule and budget while creating measurable business value for the organization; assembling project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying necessary resources, and developing schedules to ensure timely project completion. It's essential to have a good understanding of the project's scope and objectives, as well as the roles and functions of each team member, to effectively coordinate team activities.In this role, you will report to the Director, Customer Service Operations and work from your remote home office.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical teams and business stakeholdersto ensure alignment of project/program objectives with business goals.

Builds a strong relationship with key business stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives.

Ability to build strong relationships with internal supporting organizations (e.g., Global Business Services, Business Enablement etc.)

Develops and implements effective communication plans, designed to drive program discussions with project stakeholders; articulates the project status and outcomes appropriately to all stakeholders, including making presentations; handles escalations or further escalates so that issues do not impact scope, schedule, or budget.

Ensures that all required project artifacts (charter, change requests, etc.) are executed and stored correctly.

Ensures that all assigned projects utilize industry-standard project, program, and change management best practices.

Helps teams to Identify all project risks and creating plans to manage (accept, avoid, mitigate, transfer).

Facilitates requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders and project teams as needed.

Identifies and helps remove project roadblocks. Has good knowledge and understanding of the appropriate escalation path.

Understands Business Unit requirements and ensure that program time logging and capitalizing requirements are met.

Understands and supports the project governance framework to ensure projects and programs are prioritized and aligned to CT Service strategic roadmap and yield the desired results. Educating stakeholders on the business value score of their programs.

Ensure projects are closed upon completion (resources released, team celebrations and rewards are requested, lessons learned are conducted, and final status update is produced, etc.).

OTHER DUTIESPerforms other duties as requested by Manager.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEducationMinimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management or related field/equivalent.Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification.Experience :Minimum Experience: 5-7 years of project management experience, or equivalent.Project Management:

Proven project management skills and demonstrated ability to “influence without authority” across multiple functions and levels in the organization (including executive team).

Proven process management skills—skilled at figuring out the processes necessary to get things done, knows how to organize people and activities, knows how to separate and combine tasks into efficient workflows.

Proven planning skills—can work with cross-functional project teams to accurately scope out length and difficulty of milestones, break work down into tasks, develop schedules for multiple, inter-connected and non-related projects and teams, anticipate and adjust for problems and roadblocks.

Tools:

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. PowerBi).

Microsoft Teams

Tools and process enabling remote connection to internal systems.

Project Management Software (SF Milestones, Smartsheet)

High level of initiative and strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect, absorb, and analyze information quickly and independently.

Ability to effectively work within a team and be a leader across teams to manage projects of varying complexity.

Actively listens, builds trust, and adapts style and tactics to fit the audience.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to operate effectively in matrixed and global organization.

Knowledge of Project/Program Management principles/methodologies (e.g., Waterfall and Agile).
