You will manage a small team and translate strategic goals into actionable outcomes.Requirements:
8+ years’ experience in data analytics/report writing.
Proficiency with SQL and tools such as SAS, Tableau, Business Objects and or Power BI.
Leadership and project management skills.
Knowledge of healthcare data (EPIC), EHR, HIPAA highly preferred.
Key responsibilities:
Implement Data Analytics Services within business model.
Develop Epic reports; manage request and time tracking.
Standard and ad hoc analyses to support value-based care.

Demonstrated proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and methodologies is required. Experience in creating and managing Business Requirement Documents is essential. Skilled in creating and interpreting data dashboards. Should have a deep understanding of IT healthcare data analytics and its applications. Proven experience in managing a team in a data-centric environment. Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking abilities. Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and compliance requirements. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent leadership skills and ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
