Communications Specialist – Health Care Innovation

Use Your Strengths at Wellmark as a Communications Specialist! About the opportunity: As a Communications Specialist on the growing Health Care Innovation (HCI) Operations team, you will design, craft and maintain documentation, such as divisional policies, procedures, guidelines, workflows and educational training materials, with the goal of creating consistent standards and messaging across HCI. You will do this by closely partnering and consulting with internal stakeholders to gain knowledge about current and future processes and procedures within each HCI business area. About you: You are naturally curious and love the challenge of learning complex information and processes and translating that into easily consumable documentation. You are a skilled consultant and self-starter with the ability to think critically, ask the right questions, and make connection points across the business. You appreciate a balance of collaborative work with “heads-down” time to craft documentation. You are organized and effectively prioritize your time to drive work forward.
