DBA Crescent PDID: 4222Position Title: Flatwork CPID:Department: Environmental ServicesPurpose: Responsible for sorting, laying up, feeding, folding and packing linen. May specialize in a specifictask or move between several types of folding and packaging processes. Required to maintain aproductive pace while performing task that they are assigned.Report To: ManagerSupervisory Responsibility: No Supervision: The job does not require the provision of guidance or supervision toothers. There is no formal responsibility for directing others.Materials Responsibility: Limited: Work requires limited responsibility for material resources. Examples ofresources could include supplies, equipment, inventories, small budgets, and othersimilar material assets. The employee has a limited amount of control over theseresources. The cost of errors is also limited in terms of damage, waste or financial loss.Problems associated with material resources are not complex. Position may require safety equipment andprecautions.
