Assistant Controller

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Controller to join our finance team in Davenport, United States. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our organization's financial operations, reporting, and analysis.Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsManage the general ledger and ensure accuracy of all accounting entriesDevelop and maintain budgeting and forecasting modelsConduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-makingImplement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting policies and proceduresAssist in the preparation of regulatory filings and tax returnsCollaborate with external auditors during annual auditsSupervise and mentor junior accounting staffIdentify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductionsAssist the Controller in special projects and ad-hoc financial analyses
