HOURS: Shifts will be 8-hour workdays, 5 days per week (40 hours/ week)
SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday-Friday; 7:00am – 4:00pm

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Plumber to join our team. This role requires mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with plumbing installations and repairs, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
This is a NEW APARTMENT COMPLEX BUILD.
Responsibilities:
-Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and regulations.
-Assemble and install pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures for water, gas, and drainage systems.
-Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
-Perform heavy lifting as needed to transport materials and equipment.
-Collaborate with HVAC technicians and carpenters on integrated projects that require plumbing expertise.
-Weld pipes as necessary for specific installations or repairs.
-Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
-Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications:
-Previous commercial plumbing experience.
-Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
-Ability to lift heavy materials safely (up to 50 pounds).
-Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
-Relevant certifications or licenses in plumbing are preferred but not required.
