Handy person to work on rental houses. Part time-20 hrs/wk-$20/hr

I am looking to hire a part time handy person to work on several rental houses in C R The pay would be $20/hr and about 20 hrs per week, Monday thru Friday, and roughly in the 9am to 1pm time frame. The person I hire, needs to know plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and laying of carpeting. You should be able to lift 75lbs (such as moving appliances) There will also be outside work such as raking, lawn mowing, snow shoveling, and trimming bushes. For plumbing, you will be repairing/replacing sinks, toilets, faucets, etc. along with cleaning out of drains. For electrical, you will need to be able to replace light switches, outlets, light fixtures, and ceiling fans. For carpentry, you will be repairing drywall, replacing trim boards, both inside and out, and maybe even replacing deck boards/stairs outside. There will also be lots of painting, both inside and outside, so you may be working off of a 24ft extention ladder, as most of my homes are the older, 2 story homes.
