300 cow dairy seeking someone who wishes to work on dairy. No experience required, but do need a desire to learn. Pay starts at $12 an hour for beginners. Experienced people pay will be negotiated depending on level of experience. Bonus pay is available if quality standards are exceeded. Primary job is milking the cows, but other duties involve skidloader and dealing with newborn calves. Must have the desire to work calmly with cattle. Some weekends required and working different shifts. Additional responsibilities can be added for people who desire to learn more animal husbandry skills.
