Duties will include but not limited to
Full apartment rehabs
Painting
Drywall repair
Light electrical
Plumbing
Flooring
Lawn care and snow removal
And other projects throughout the property.
Please have some experience, your own basic tools, your own vehicle to get to work, And a great attitude. And the ability to follow directions.
