Gastroenterologists PC, (an affiliate of Unity Point Health)is adding new clinical positions.
We are looking for full time Certified Medical Assistant to join our growing GI office. We are adding 2 Physicians and searching for compassionateteam membersto join our Specialty Practice. We work closely with referral sources, insurance companies and providers to deliver exceptional patient care.
Part-Time options available as well with flexible schedule:Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs afternoons
Some of the duties include:
Patient education
Calling patients results
Procedure scheduling
Obtaining Prior Auths
Assisting providers and patients during office clinic times
Answering/Triaging phone calls
Requirements:
Iowa Licensure, CMA certificationand BCLS certification required.
Office hours:
M-Thur 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM -12:00 PM
