We have an immediate opening for a Mid-level to Sr-level Project Manager. Apply to this opportunity through Robert Half Technology for this Project Manager position if you like the idea of being at the center of our client's strategic business plan.What you get to do every single day- Works together with Product Owner/Product Manager to confirm that the product vision and high-level business objectives are distinct and workable- Creates and handles the sprint planning and grooming meetings and marks ticket assignments- Supports to manage, classify, and identify risk for functional improvement requests- Collaborates and communicates with stakeholders, developers, technical team members and designers- Collects data from QA leads, business analysts, and technical leads into suggestions- Forms schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product- Sustain the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products- Coordinates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects- Make certain that the functional requirements are tracked, achievable, and met- Executes deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, tech lead, and Product Owner- Work in close partnership with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Specialist, and Product Owner/Product Manager- Verifies the RACI matrix for projects in a product line- Supplies the daily stand-ups, safeguarding they are brief, focused, and timely- Grants detailed reporting to management on project status, milestone completion, and risk assessments- Oversees project planning- Collude with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap- Initiates and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner- Sets forth project with accurate ticket workflows and boards- Fosters help to manage dependencies among cross-product teams- Works as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, leading scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team is working effectively Requirements - Comprehensive knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols - Candidates who are flexible and focused will be preferred- Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently - Applicants with experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs are preferred- Capable of working independently with minimal oversight- Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments - You'll be a good fit for this position if you have a Project Management (PMP) certification- Sound written and verbal communication skills - Familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies- Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience- Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines - We are particularly looking for candidates with proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools- Project management skills, strong operational abilities, and demonstrated leadership and supervisory qualifications - Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
