We are seeking a Data Analyst to join the team! 100% remote and great work/life balance! To be successful in this role, you should be able to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. Some responsibilities of the Data Analyst include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design, developing analysis and reporting capabilities using SQL and Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and charts. My contact infromation can be found on LinkedIn under Shawn M Troy - Technology Practice Director for Robert Half.Your responsibilities in this role- Assemble business reports that provide insight into key data points- Own the maintenance of databases and perform updates as necessary for accuracy- Collect data and perform accurate analysis for various types of business reports- Support various departments, including marketing and sales, in reaching their goals through analysis- Convey the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers- Monitor data and call out any changes in business and financial trends- Analyze data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout- Assemble data recording systems and business analysis for the department to use Requirements - Skilled in creating pivot tables, graphs, and charts using data tools- Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers- Experience with object-oriented programming and other data analysis programs- Demonstrated ability to prioritize projects to meet deadlines and manage time- Comfortable with business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow- One to three years of experience as a financial or business analyst- Analytical skills that can develop data-driven reports- Superb critical thinking skills to make decisions and solve business problems Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
