Overview/Function: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising the warehouse team and the warehouse operations, including the shipping and receiving of Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling Company products, ensuring incoming products and materials are efficiently stored in the correct location, pulling product in preparation for delivery, and staging and loading product in accordance to company standards. Major Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily movement of product in the warehouse in an efficient, effective and safe manner, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and loading of product in preparation for delivery.

Cultivate and support a strong safety culture by leading and enforcing all safety regulations, and maintain clean and orderly department to ensure safety. Comply with all safety procedures. Maintain clean and orderly work area to ensure safety. Provide safety training and guidance.

Direct employee management responsibilities include, but not limited to, recruitment, selection, training, performance management, discipline, and personnel development.

Provide effective employee motivation and coaching and effectively resolve employee issues through problem resolution.

Work with corporate team(s) to update and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Utilize material handling equipment (pallet jack, forklift, etc.); Assist warehouse team with order fulfillment tasks (pulling product, builder orders, stocking trucks, rotation inventory, etc.).

Maintain inventory accuracy, generate a variety of reports, and ensure accurate data. Help to resolve order discrepancies.

Ethical conduct is expected at all times.

Other duties as required.

QualificationsExperience & Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED. Bachelors degree preferred.

Class A CDL license is required.

1-3 years of previous warehouse experience is required. Previous personnel supervisory experience preferred.

Familiarity with inventory management software.

Ability to operate forklift and other support equipment utilized in a warehouse environment. Previous forklift experience required with the ability to maintain forklift certification.

Ability to read and follow directions and work orders.

Ability to follow and manage to all safety requirements/protocols.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, and a good team-player.

Ability to directly supervise and motivate others in a team-based work culture.

Flexible with the ability to adapt to varying situations.

Positive, helpful attitude.

Regular, consistent attendance is an essential job function.

Additional:

This position is very active and requires the employee to lift and/or move items up to 55 lbs. (Moving equipment and tools will be provided to reduce strains and injury.)

Standing, walking, twisting, grasping, reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, sitting, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing will be required. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

The role is considered a safety sensitive position.

To accomplish their tasks, the position will work in a warehouse environment in which the temperate is unregulated and dependent upon outdoor temperatures.

Work hours: Typically 9:00 pm to 6:00 am (until all orders are built for the next days deliveries is complete), Monday-Friday. Some occasional weekend or off-shift work may be needed.
