Research and analyze machine data for predictive maintenance operationalization.

Train GPT models and evaluate integration opportunities within Maintenance & Facilities Operations.

Develop and manage a Digital Twin of Des Moines Works and surrounding facilities.

Participate as required to design, develop, test, and integrate technology of low to medium complexity.

Adapt, learn, and empower others with use of digital tools utilized to improve business processes.

This position is not available to students on immigration visas.What Skills You Need

Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or equivalent; others may apply

Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited university

Graduation date of December 2025 or later

Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above

Must be able to work 15-20 hours/week during the academic year

Must be able to work 35-40 hours/week during the summer semester

Must be able to commute to the work location in Ankeny, Iowa. (Note: Relocation assistance is not provided)
