Coordinating application deployment using Ivanti, Intune, SCCM, Airwatch, GPO, Powershell, O365, and MDM.
Implementing standard Windows desktop images and managing peripheral support.
Utilizing GPO, Powershell, Ivanti, Airwatch, or other specific device management tools for client management.
Overseeing Office 365 in a cloud-centric environment.
Implementing delivery plans for Mobile Device Management of our company's iOS devices.
Collaborating in managing OS deployment procedures with InTune, MDT, or Ivanti.
Troubleshooting advanced endpoint issues and conducting hardware evaluation.
Enhancing security, service delivery, user experience, and device management processes.

Requirements Proficiency in Computer Hardware is required. The candidate must understand the basic components of a computer and how they work together to provide seamless user experience. In-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft SCCM is crucial. The candidate needs to be able to manage, configure, and troubleshoot issues related to this system. Familiarity with Intune is essential. The candidate will be expected to use this Microsoft service for mobile device management and application management. The candidate must have a solid understanding and experience with Desktop Virtualization. They should be comfortable setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting virtual desktop infrastructures.
