Early Head Start Assistant Teacher Marshalltown, IA
Join our teaching team and make a difference in lives of children ages 18 months to 3 years. Engage in positive caregiving routines with children. Conduct screenings and assessment with children. We provide ongoing training opportunities, including assistance in completing a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential during work hours. Full-time, 12 month position with an excellent benefit package. $11.70 to $12.73 per hour commensurate with education.
Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Preference given to candidates with the following:
Child Development Associate (CDA) credential appropriate for the age group with which they will be working,
OR
Applicants enrolled in a program leading to an associate or baccalaureate degree in Early Childhood Education
AND
Experience working with children 0-3 years of age
