Job/Project Description:This is a great opportunity for a Data Analyst to work with an experienced team for an established organization in the Indianapolis area. This role will assist in troubleshooting data and working on the design and development of data models for strategic initiatives. This role will also assist with any ideas to streamline the gathering and use of the data. For anyone with strong analytical skills, a passion for data, and a desire to innovate, this is a great opportunity.

Required Skills:Bachelor's degree in Math, Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting/Investment Accounting or experience commensurate with degree preferred.2+ years of data analysis or data management experience requiredMust have strong experience with SQLMust have database experience with SQL or OracleExperience with Content Composer is preferredExperience with reporting is idealExperience with Business Objects and/or Power BI is preferredExperience with data modeling is ideal but not necessarily requiredExperience with VB, Java, R, and/or C Sharp is preferredMust be able to manage multiple complex projects at one timeMust have strong problem solving abilityMust be able to interact with the businessMust have the ability to pull data from legacy systemsMust have the ability to gather and document requirementsMust be able to effectively bring data together from various systems/sourcesMust have strong analytical skillsMust have strong attention to detail and problem solving skillsMust be able to troubleshoot issues in a collaborative mannerBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
