Local investor looking for a property manager that has property bookkeeping experience. Position is part time and can be done from home. Must have the ability to respond to resident requests and leasing inquiries via email or text promplty. Approximately 10 hours per week but could expand into more.

Requirements Include:
Buildium or comparible property managment software experience
Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and eviction proceedings
Accounts payable experience
Must have computer and internet access
