Are you looking for a career position? We are looking for entry level to semi-skilled Machine Operators for our well known up-to-date facility in Terre Haute where we produce parts that serve the automotive industry. This is a 90-day temp-to-hire opportunity and if you perform as expected, you WILL get hired. We work in a state-of-the-art, clean environment.
Machine Operator Requirements:
- At least 6+ months of prior manufacturing experience
- Must be looking to grow with a company
- Must be comfortable standing on your feet for 8+ hours per shift
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
- Prior experience with hand tools and power tools is preferred
Machine Operator Hours:
- 1st Shift: 5:30am - 2:00pm M-F (OT would be until 4:00pm)
- 2nd Shift: 4:00pm - 12:30am M-F (OT would be until 2:30am)
- Some OT will be worked on Saturdays and occasionally for 2 hour blocks after your shift
Machine Operator Pay & Benefits:
- $13.00/hr for 1st shift and $13.50/hr for 2nd shift
- After a brief probationary period, employees are eligible for a pay raise and are eligible for quarterly gain sharing
- After the probationary period, employees are also eligible for both a pension plan and 401k
- Employees are also offered medical, dental, and vision insurance
