Essential Job Duties:
Inpatient rounding with Cardiology Physician.
Assessment: Conducts thorough patient assessments, including physical exams and discharge planning considerations.
Planning: Collaborates on care plans, engages patients/families in goal setting.
Implementation: Assists with patient care, respects rights, responds to emergencies, and educates patients.
Evaluation: Applies rationale based on principles and seeks help to prevent errors.
Professional Conduct: Demonstrates knowledge, maintains self-evaluation, follows policies, and participates in education and goal setting.
Qualifications:
Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
Must have active IN RN license
Must have active BLS certification
RN experience preferred
License/Certification:
Active IN RN license
Active BLS certification
Active ACLS certification
