Founded in 1991 by Mark Tarner, South Bend Chocolate Company has grown from humble beginnings into a beloved brand with 11 company-owned stores and 4 franchise locations across Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. From our 60,000-square-foot factory in South Bend, Indiana, we craft over 500 unique chocolates and sweets that bring smiles to customers nationwide. What You'll Do
As a Server at South Bend Chocolate Company, you’ll be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and, of course, a sweet treat! Your responsibilities will include:
Providing warm and friendly service to all customers.
Taking orders accurately and efficiently while offering product recommendations.
Ensuring the presentation of our chocolates and sweets is always inviting.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining and serving areas.
Collaborating with team members to create a welcoming environment.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who loves working with people and has a passion for creating memorable customer experiences. Here’s what we’re looking for:
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in food service or retail.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and energetic attitude.
Qualities: A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine love for chocolate (who doesn’t?!).
