Skill sets required:
Read blueprints and layout drawings.
Perform layout tasks with complete accuracy.
Direct other employees for proper techniques.
Metal fabrication knowledge: punching, sawing, shearing, braking.
MS office skills: Excel, Word, Outlook.
Cad skills a plus, but not mandatory.
Previous supervisory experience a plus.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Knowledge of OSHA regulations for safety compliance
