Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionThis position is a multi-craft maintenance role. The primary responsibility is to troubleshoot equipment in the facility to ensure it is up and functioning properly. The facility contains various large corrugated box machines with numerous hydraulic components, sensors, and different types of conveyors. These machines load paper, have a flexo folder glue that assembles the final product. The role involves performing a lot of preventive maintenance (PM) and working on a PM schedule. Long-term responsibilities include facilities maintenance, such as PMs on HVAC systems, dock doors, etc. The candidate must be capable of electrical troubleshooting and reading schematics.Responsibilities
Troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Perform preventive maintenance on various machines.
Work on a PM schedule.
Maintain facilities including HVAC systems and dock doors.
Read and interpret schematics.
Handle electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Essential Skills
Ability to read schematics
Electrical troubleshooting
Mechanical troubleshooting
Ability to use a volt meter
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with PLCs
Understanding of three phase motors
Experience with industrial maintenance
Previous box manufacturing experience (preferred)
