Assist in the work scheduling process by assigning jobs to line servicer personnel and providing customer assistance for an assigned area. Essential Job Functions Tasks: Under moderate to limited supervision:
Perform duties assigned in the work scheduling process including the assignment of jobs to line servicer personnel using management system applications.
Develop schedules for line servicer and technician appointments.
Communicate with customers and direct inquiries.
Support adherence to standard work scheduling policies and procedures.
Assist with outage management as needed.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Basic Qualifications: Education requirements are listed below:
High school diploma or GED required.
Work Experience requirement listed below:
-3+ years of administrative experience ideally in a construction, manufacturing, or similar industry-Demonstrated proficiency with computers and computer programs effective verbal and written communication skills required. Additional Requirements:
Strong Customer Service skills
Experience working with external and internal customers
Strong Organizing and scheduling skills
Experience learning and working in multiple data systems
Problem solving and questioning attitude
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Word Excel and Teams - SmartSheet skills a plus
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Must be available to work overtime and call-out for storm support as required.
Travel requirements are tentative with occasional day travel for training less than once a month.
Ability to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Organizational and analytic/problem solving skills Prioritization skills Customer Focus and Teamwork.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be available for overtime when needed.
This is an onsite position Monday - Friday in the office 7 - 3:30 with 30 min lunch.
