Responsibilities Research, create, maintain, and improve business processes either enterprise-wide or within a specific business unit. Proactively evaluate and recommend opportunities for process improvements through application of information technology solutions or operational changes. Develop deep expertise in the data sources and reporting needs for assigned functional areas and document data flow. Develop functional expertise in future-state Winnebago applications such as D365 ERP systems. Identify creative uses of applications to address business problems. Partner with the business to define, document and prioritize business needs and requirements. Establish user test criteria and perform and coordinate user testing to ensure solutions meet expectations. Guide the development and delivery of user training. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT developers. Provide ongoing communication to the business on project status and operational performance. Coordinate the resolution of any significant issues, working with the broader IT function. Pilot designated projects or assignments as needed. Collaborate with business partners at all levels across the organization to drive business transformational efforts. Provide organization, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group. May act as a first level supervisor. Knowledge & skills Systematic and methodical with experience in process and data analysis techniques and tools. Ability to successfully perform in a fast paced, demanding environment. Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with business partners through collaboration. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Executive level communication skills - both written and verbal. Ability to guide through influence at peer and executive levels. Ability to take initiative and work unassisted with minimal supervision. Proficiency in developing and delivering presentations, using MS-Office tools. Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. Microsoft AX/Dynamics 365 ERP knowledge. SQL/Power BI reporting expertise. Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience. 5-7 Years' experience as a BA or in IT roles involving direct interaction with business management. 5+ years' experience with leading or participating in business change initiatives.
