It can be fast paced and physical, but we have a team environment and support each other. We know comfort is important so the temperature within the distribution center is kept as comfortable as possible throughout the year. Your comfortable closed toe shoes/sneakers will work great, we do not have a steel-toe requirement. Kitchen and café area available for when you need it!Inventory Control AuditorShift: M-F 10 pm - 6 amPay: $18-19/hr depending on previous warehouse equipment experienceExperience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control and auditing
Proficient in cycle counting
Strong understanding of warehouse and retail operations
Experience in communication with warehouse and stores
Computer literacy and proficiency in Excel, Teams, Visio, and Outlook
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Characteristics:
Strong work ethic and positive employment history with references
Passionate about inventory control and accuracy
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Excellent time management skills for planning and prioritizing.
Organized with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Experience in conducting specific warehouse audits
Knowledgeable in ABC Analysis and cycle counting
Team player who provides feedback, suggestions, and concerns
Skills:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop professional relationships with stores and DC.
Proficient in researching, root cause analysis, recording, and data entry
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to follow instructions with no issues.
Works well with others and stays focused without getting distracted easily.
Sense of urgency and ability to stay on task.
Expectations:
Maintains a professional conduct at all times.
Ability to multitask and follow directions effectively.
Trainable with the willingness to take notes and ask questions.
Receives constructive criticism well and implements changes accordingly.
