They will monitor the Work In Progress report, prepare reports using HP and Seagate, or other reporting programs, to gather job information to keep job log current.KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for providing ongoing and ad hoc reporting to provide information and recommendations. Manage the Work in Progress (WIP) report to identify Hot Client orders, QS FEDs due out orders, communicates, and assists in coordinating work through production processes. 30%Performs detailed tracking and facilitation from reports. 20%Facilitates late orders through the facility. 15%Gathers information and works with Manufacturing Manager to approve production schedules. Keeps the job log up to date. 15%Researches and reports issues with jobs. 15%Performs other job duties as assigned. 5%
