Job Title: Production OperatorsWeekly Pay $25-$26 an hour Jeffersonville, INJob DescriptionLooking for candidates who can operate a rolling machine to start off. If doing well, you will move onto other positions as well. Some positions may have basic quotas of parts to be run. For example, each set of work instructions will have a goal number set, such as 350, and a second number like 541, which represents the most amount of parts someone was able to produce in that hour. Ideally, candidates would want to progress over to the other side of the plant (Roll Forming Side).Hard Skills
