I'm a 51-year-old male with poor eating and exercising habits and am looking for someone with good regular habits I can compensate for tagging along with during their work outs.
I'm not looking for a professional. Just someone who works out regularly and welcomes a tag along and someone to converse with.
I'm more interested in walking/ short jogs and light strength training if at all. 6 to 7 hours per week only.
