Westside apartment community is looking for a maintenance technician.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, preventive maintenance and interior/exterior.
Must have valid drivers license, transportation and pass a criminal background check.
Performs punches and work orders in a timely manner.
Must be available for rotation on call. Excellent pay for experience.
