Apartment Community is seeking a Full-time Assistant Manager to handle the clerical duties needed to efficiently run the office at this tax credit apartment community.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday- Friday.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Skills needed: organizational, clerical, typing, communication skills, Apartment management experience required
You will be performing managerial tasks of great variety such as communicating with residents, accounts receivable, banking, entering work orders, and other general office duties as needed. An Assistant Manager employee is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly while observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to aid the manager in making sure the administrative office runs efficiently and effectively, while serving our residents timely and with care. Logical, organizational, and problem-solving skills needed, in addition to possessing a positive attitude and willingness to work.
