Position Overview:
Join our dedicated team as an Administrative Assistant at Autism Parent Care (APC) in Carmel. In this role, you will be the organizational backbone of our clinic, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere for families and children with autism. This position is in person, and on-site at our clinic in Carmel.

Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and assist clients at the front desk and over the phone.
Manage scheduling, communications, and office correspondence with professionalism.
Maintain accurate patient records and handle sensitive information confidentially.
Facilitate billing and financial transactions with precision.
Order supplies and maintain an organized work environment.
Provide administrative support to enhance team efficiency.
Qualifications:
Preferred
Prior experience in an administrative capacity, healthcare background (HIPAA experience).
Necessary
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and adept with standard office equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
A compassionate nature and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Ability to commute to work every day or relocate before starting
