Job Profile Summary

Required to be onsite at certain Indiana LocationThis position is a strategic liaison who will shepherd business demand across all functions and ensure that the potential business value from that demand is captured, prioritized, recognized, and optimized working closely with operational leaders and IT. It is imperative, based on industry-leading practice, that the BRM position be aligned with, and strategically support our operational partners. The BRM builds relationships and improve IS credibility by contributing the necessary expertise to strategic discussions to help evaluate technology solutions that are supportive and aligned with Franciscan’s overarching goals of value.

Job DescriptionEssential Job Functions/Competencies: Operational Management: Acts as a business relationship manager among stakeholders to provide project definition, process leadership, timeframe, cost, delivery, issue resolution, risk mitigation and status communication. This includes working closely with various business leaders to ensure effective development and execution of short and long-term plans. ; Relationship Management: Partners with leaders, peer management and those we are privileged to serve to maintain trusted relationships and ensure efficient completion of organizational objectives.; Production Support Analysis: Assists in a specific business area to understand the impact and extent of the proposed change associated with new solutions.; Franciscan Alliance's Strategic Business Plan Understanding: Maintains an understanding Franciscan Alliance's strategic business plans.; Negotiations Support: Assists clients and other FAIS groups to negotiate clear agreements with clients. Utilizes the knowledge of the client organization and the FAIS organization and products to assists both parties in establishing agreements that are clearly understood.; Client Collaboration: Meets with clients regularly to understand their business problems and to discuss and facilitate IT solutions.

Note From Client: I am looking for individuals who can serve as FAIS Jr. leaders in the field. They will partner with business leaders to understand business needs and challenges and shepherd demands to FAIS leaders and collaborate on solutions. They will help ensure service is exceptional and be a point of escalation for any concerns. They will work in our different geographic locations (see below) and travel to different Franciscan and client sites is required. They will have strong IT, communication, and Analytical skills. If they don’t have leadership experience, but have strong leadership potential, we will consider and help mentor. They will take direction mainly from our local facility IS leaders in central, western, and northern IN, as well as business leaders and other FAIS leaders. They will also work with Community Connect and Joint Venture related leaders to help make sure external clients have an account manager / BRM to help them with IT related support and project coordination. They will also help drive business growth with external opportunities. Excellent Healthcare experience IT Business Analysts can be considered
