What You Get To Do:The Indiana Senior Director is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team of up to six reports in Indiana. This person would be responsible for the overall administration and growth of the Dungarvin business and services within their prospective area.  The Senior Director is responsible for nurturing and developing relationships with potential and existing business partners including local, state, and federal legislative and department representatives, advocacy groups, trade associations, and other stakeholders as warranted.Duties include:Strategic program and fiscal planning/managementDevelopment and evaluation of programs Compliance with business and program regulations and lawsAssure quality of services meet regulatory and licensing requirementsManagement and expansion of marketsHire, coach/mentor, train, and supervise direct reports
