Market Research Internship – Summer 2025Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of our Cincinnati, OH , Atlanta, GA , or Indianapolis, IN Elevance Health PulsePoint office(s).This Market Research Intern will be responsible for supporting our Network Strategy team in comparative market research and analysis, contracting, risk adjustment, business strategy. During the Summer program, this intern will have opportunities to do innovative work, be responsible for projects relating to the qualitative market research, and gain knowledge of the nuances of the healthcare industry.This internship will be a full-time (40 hours/week) program that will run for 12 weeks (May 19th, 2025 – August 8th, 2025).How you will make an impact:

Partner with the team to develop creative solutions to complex problems

Aggregate data within various targeted markets

Communicate and collaborate with internal and external business leaders on various data sets

Analyze and interpret complex data sets and apply insights to the broader team strategy

Minimum Requirements:

Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship and work in-office at least once per week.

Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or related program.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

Previous knowledge/experience within healthcare is preferred

Knowledge of the ACA is preferred

Proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong preference for advanced Excel knowledge

Excellent Problem-solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
