Position Summary The Manager, Strategic Relationship Executives plays a critical leadership role in driving existing client retention and revenue growth within the commercial segment. This individual will lead a team of Strategic Relationship Executives (SREs) focused on existing client relationships. In this role you will set the vision for account strategy  while driving operational excellence across pipeline generation and post-sale expansion.      Account LeadershipLead, coach, and support a team of Strategic Relationship Executives (SREs) responsible for the growth and retention of commercial accountsSet the vision for commercial account strategy, including revenue forecasting, risk mitigation, and expansion planningServe as a point of escalation for complex client needs and high-impact opportunitiesPartner cross-functionally with Client Success, Product Innovation, and Marketing to drive value realization and account penetration     Operational & Strategic OversightForecast revenue and top-of-funnel performance with precision and accountabilityImplement scalable processes for account planning, pipeline development, and lead handoffsBuild strong internal alignment between new business and existing client functionsLead with a coaching mindset, developing high-performing sellers and early-career talent across both teams
