This role is responsible for driving sales and executing strategies and initiatives for their Anastasia Beverly Hills counter within Nordstrom to achieve sales goals. Practices upstanding selling behaviors to aid the team in achieving overall sales goals for retail and service. An Esthetician will provide the ABH Signature Waxing service, as well as abide by all State Laws for Safety and Sanitation pertaining to his/her State Licensure. Essential Job Functions

Responsible for aiding in creating, planning and executing ongoing animation andevents at the counter to drive retail sales.

Perform the ABH Signature Waxing Service on every client.

Maintain a neat and organized appointment book. Checking voicemails frequently, prebooking clients for their next appointment as they leave, and keeping the schedule up to date and easy to understand.

Fill out Daily Business Review daily in order to maintain on track to achieve sales goals.

Participate in an open and collaborative environment within your team that influences growth and camaraderie.

Maintain a healthy ratio of service/ABH retail dollars sold and holding the team accountable for the same standard.

Take personal accountability for the growth and success of the counter by modeling ideal sales and service behavior, demonstrating accurate application tips to translate into sales.

Uphold all State Laws for Safety and Sanitation pertaining to his/her State Licensure.

Participate in all retailer corporately driven events.

Maintain a solutions oriented mind-set and positive attitude.

This position is a 35 hour work week

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Minimum of 2 years as a Licensed Esthetician/Cosmetologist – proof of Licensure (in the state you are applying) upon hiring.

Prior experience in a retail selling role.

Demonstrated ability to drive sales through developing teams and providing exceptional customer service.

Ability to interact with all levels of management in a fast paced, high growth, changing environment.

Ability to work independently to prioritize and achieve results.

Effective planning, organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and some holidays.

Ability to stand 8 hrs a day

Ability to execute a waxing service that is preformed standing up while the client is sitting up.
