Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Controller in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is predominantly focused in the Property Management/Accounting industry. As a Controller, you will play a crucial role in our transition to a new Property Management/Accounting system, specifically RealPage Accounting system. You will be required to use your extensive experience in RealPage accounting and other relevant skills to ensure a smooth transition and enhance productivity.Responsibilities: Assist in the transition from the previous system, Entrata, to the new RealPage Accounting system Provide guidance and expertise in the more complex aspects of RealPage Accounting system, such as setting up and recording Management Fees and Credit Card transactions Ensure the inter-company pieces are working through the necessary modules Use your knowledge of RealPage Accounting to train others in the Accounting department Monitor the new Ops technology within the RealPage system to increase productivity company-wide Help to establish and maintain accurate records within the RealPage Accounting system Resolve any issues or problems related to the new accounting system Continuously monitor and update the system as necessary to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
