The Senior Implementation Architect is responsible for delivering implementations for new and existing customers for Clinical Effectiveness products and services. You will be responsible for understanding our customers, their needs, their business processes, and their challenges to guide them through the process to implement and adopt Clinical Effectiveness solutions. This individual will be expected to provide a top-notch onboarding experience that aligns with and exceeds each customer's objectives, goals, and expectations. They are vital to ensuring Clinical Effectiveness makes a great first impression, to set up a customer for long term success and partnership. You will partner with customers in lockstep to achieve a best in class customer implementation experience.

In, addition, the Senior Implementation Architect seeks to establish a healthy customer relationship from the start with each implementation they deliver. They will advocate on behalf of the customer during the implementation phase and will achieve this by working closely with the client and internal cross-functional teams as required.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of implementations for Clinical Effectiveness products
  • Implementing all technical aspects of a delivery end-to-end with minimal escalation
  • Ability to understand when to escalate implementation risks to the appropriate individual or team when necessary
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and without issues through effective time management and project management skills. This includes providing project estimates, statuses, and time tracking
  • Delivering exceedingly excellent onboarding experiences consistently
  • Maintaining standards of excellence by leveraging existing processes and tools efficiently and effectively,
  • while following implementation best practices and process as defined and established by Implementation Manager and Clinical Effectiveness
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance procedures as needed to improve overall customer experience
  • Serve as the lead technical subject matter expert in pre-sales discussions, implementation solutioning, troubleshooting and training of our customers
  • Demonstrates a cooperative spirit by actively listen and collaborating with team members as well as other cross-functional teams to foster an innovative, problem-solving environment
  • Utilizes in-depth business knowledge and technical skills to design, construct, and troubleshoot various and at times complex customer use cases
  • Meeting goals and targets established by Implementation Manager
  • Works with agile development teams on implementing new functionality as assigned
  • Develop documentation and other materials to support ongoing product development
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science/Technology or equivalent STEM degree
  • 6-10 years of information systems experience preferred
  • Experience in solution implementation including knowledge of software development process
  • Experience participating in complex projects from requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and through support
  • Experienced in client facing implementations, communication and leading projects
  • Languages including C#, JAVA, JavaScript, JSON or applicable languages
  • Understanding of RESTful Web Services
  • Demonstrates experience with APIs, SQL object-oriented programming, test harnesses, unit testing, web applications, web services, methods, classes, class diagrams, exception handling, assemblies and memory management configuration files
  • Demonstrates the ability to solve analytical problems independently
  • Working with and understanding complex clinical data structures
  • Understanding of cloud, system architecture and Linux scripting
  • Background in healthcare information technology industry is a plus
  • Demonstrated strong written, listening, and verbal communication skills required
  • Customer centric mindset
  • Demonstrated strong presentation skills are required
  • Proven ability to manage time and comprehends the priority of both assigned and ad hoc tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Team player and innovative attitude
