As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to all customers.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
Accurately document customer interactions and transactions.
Meet or exceed performance goals and targets.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
