HFST Foreman

DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is seeking a highly motivated and responsible Project Foreman with a drive to succeed and great ethics. This position is responsible for oversight of construction projects for highway, roadway, and safety improvement projects.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:Responsible for the overall management and performance of highway, road, and safety construction projects across the United States.Interact with customers and state/government agencies for project planning and execution.Interact with construction, safety, subcontractors, and materials vendors.Develop and periodically revise target plans to meet project specific and production goals.Manage Crew level employees.Lead all project results per contract, along with meeting and/or exceeding financial expectations.Monitor contracts to ensure proper expense management and maximization of operating profits.Effectively pursue optimal utilization of current inventory and maintain enough quantity to complete contract needs.Ensure staff follow all federal, state, and local laws, in addition to following contract specific requirements.Monitor vehicles and equipment to ensure road worthiness and the safety of DCS (DeAngelo Contracting Services) employees.Prepare an effective staffing plan to be executed on a timely basis.Work in conjunction with Supervisor, Project Managers and/or General Manager to coordinate project planning and execution.Provide continuous reporting of daily operations and relevant information to Office and Management to capture financial performance, payroll, and fleet maintenance.Conduct Crew field inspections.PREVAILING WAGE RATES APPLY!
