WEEKLY PAY!
PAY: $24-$28/hour (based upon experience)
HOURS: Shifts will be 8-hour workdays, 5 days per week (40-45 hours/week)
SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday-Friday; 6:00am – 3:00pm
START DATE: 4/21/2025
DURATION: 2+ months
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Flat Roofer to join the crew. As a Commercial Flat Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of flat roofing systems on commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation of Flat Roofing Systems: Install various flat roofing systems according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices, including single-ply membranes (TPO, PVC, EPDM), modified bitumen, and built-up roofing (BUR).
Roof Repairs & Maintenance: Identify and repair leaks, punctures, and other damage to flat roofing systems. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning debris and inspecting flashings.
Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport roofing materials and equipment.
Surface Preparation: Prepare roof surfaces for installation or repair by cleaning, scraping, and ensuring proper substrate.
Flashing Installation: Install and repair various types of flashing around penetrations, perimeters, and walls to ensure a watertight seal.
Insulation Installation: Install various types of roof insulation to meet energy efficiency requirements.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including fall protection and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Commercial Flat Roofer.
Thorough knowledge of various flat roofing systems and installation techniques.
Strong understanding of safety procedures for commercial roofing.
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Must have reliable transportation.
