Administrative Services Coordinator
We are assisting our client in the Fort Wayne area in looking for a fulltime person with strong HR skills and experience. This candidate will assist with daily administrative and HR duties for the organization.

· Ensures all assigned work is performed in a timely manner
· Maintains calendars, correspondence, and special projects

· Prepares travel arrangements and advances
· Complies with federal, state, and local laws regarding employee records
· Supports a positive candidate experience
· Ensures compliance with HR policies and procedures
· Recommends process improvements for administrative work
· Understands core Human Resources policies and procedures
· Effective oral and written communication skills
· Experience with individuals from diverse backgrounds
· Trustworthy with confidential documentation
· Teams well with other to complete work in effective and efficient manner
· Effective with managing assigned administrative projects
· Performs other duties assigned
Education and/or Experience
· Associate degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration, or a related field, and 2 years of experience as an administrative coordinator. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
