Janitor/Maintenance

Corner Pocket Pub is looking for someone available 5 days a week, 5 hours a day to clean and do light maintenance, 6am to 11am. This person will be comfortable getting onto the roof: taking care of our HVAC units, checking our kitchen hood system. Light plumbing: taking care of clogs and leaks, solving bathroom issues. Light electrical: switching out plugs, labeling breaker panels, running wires. We need a problem solver that does not need supervision, this person will be working on their own most of the time. Daily cleaning required is mopping all hard surface, vacuuming all carpet, resetting furniture, cleaning bathrooms including toilets, sinks, mirrors and countertops, restocking all paper (toilet, paper towel) and soap dispensers, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning up the patio and parking lot, checking all light bulbs and changing them when needed, also maintaining the supplies needed for all of that. This person will also need to be able to lift 30 lbs. multiple times through shift.
