Vendor Compliance Coordinator

Vendor Compliance Coordinator Level: Pay Class 3 Division/Department: Logistics Reports to: Inbound Operations Manager Travel: Minimal, at the needs of the business The Inbound Compliance Coordinator works with our internal teams in Merchandising and Finance as well as our Retail Service distribution teams and vendor partners. The primary responsibility is to administrate, educate, and communicate detailed information in regards to transportation, shipment preparation, and product labeling which is key to the administration of our vendor requirements. This includes the support and development of the Logistics Shipping and Marking standards, RSC (Retail Service Center) receiving and claims support, Return Goods Authorizations, product pulls, and RSC receiving dispositions. This Inbound Compliance Coordinator also administrates critical data shares with our Finance and Merchandising departments that ensure the accuracy of information related to our business.
