- Works closely with business users to define and analyze problems and figure out the most suitable technical, application or configuration solutions
- Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project teams; establishing project budgets
- Works with Architects and Developers to translate business requirements into functional/technical specs
- Validates business and technical requirements are met during the project delivery process
- Oversees user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are met
- Leads both innovation and strategy development with subject matter expertise, when appropriate; Seen as the go-to for subject matter expertise by leading day to day activities
- Provide guidance to team members
- Creates, reviews and delivers end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training for accuracy
- Build relationships and provide technical guidance to assigned Business Unit or Function
- Leads small to medium scale IT Transformation initiatives

- Knowledge of application and system integration methods and computing environments
- Functional knowledge of:
- SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing with implementation experience is required
- Knowledge of SAP modules such as FI, MM and idoc handling is a plus
- Supplier Portal application knowledge a plus
- CLM-Icertis, Blockchain, and other Source to Pay applications a plus
- Basic understanding of application portfolio, IT strategy, and business priorities
